Updating ToS: Requests/Trades/Commissions Set to Semi-Open

Things on my Priority list are unaffected.Now that I have two lovely Patrons (), I am updating my ToS and commissions pages on here, dA, and Patreon. My adopt style will be changed as well as my build-your-own ToS.
Nothing too major will be changed; I just want to warn everyone that I may suddenly change ToS in the middle of any requests/trades/commissions/adopts/BYO at this time.
