I'm Back!!! ~Comm & Life Update!!

HEYA GUYS!
FUCK, I've missed you guys SO much and I have SUCH an itch to draw!!!
So a quick update about my situation, and then onto commissions etc;
Situation;
So I'm sure most of my regulars know by now, that I'm being made homeless.
I've been to the council and other places, and there's honestly not much that can be done to help me - HOWEVER.
Since finding out about the whole homelessness thing, I've kicked my own arse into overdrive, and with excusing a few days here and there to work out where I'm going to go to live/options/etc, I've managed to earn (I think) Just over £700 this month.
So if I can keep consistently doing that, I'll be able to afford a £550 room share, all bills included, and the extra I have left will be for food etc.
NOW. Ideally I'd have liked to get back into working on art at 10 this morning, but I spent ALL of Friday night messaging and getting into contact with people offering room shares, and arranging viewings - and I'd had a viewing arranged for today which I went to go and see!!
Honestly it was really disappointing and cramped, but it's not like I have a lot of choice - So I can at least have it as a last resort.
HOWEVER, whilst I was walking to view the room in this property, I got a phonecall from another property owner who's renting a room somewhere out in the village over. And guess what... SHE HAS TWO DOGS (Reeeee!!!)
It seemed like we got on well on the phone, and I'm viewing it either tomorrow or Thursday or some time after, whenever she gets in touch to let me know really!!
I'm really excited as this place looks SO good, there's dogs, it's a nice area, the rent seems affordable, the room looks like it could easily fit my desk as well as other bits and bobs. I REALLLY REALLY hope I get it!!! ;n; If i don't I might cry.
COMMISSIONS;
I feel SO bad for making people wait, so any outstanding incompleted commissions WILL be finished today, along with a bonus sketch by means of apology for the delay!
I really wish this housing situation wasn't happening right now, but there's not much I can do, and I honestly want to thank you SO much fro being so patient and supportive of me!
I've just settled back at my desk, about to set up, grab a cuppa, and start a stream for you guys!
I can't WAIT to chat to you all, I've missed you all so so so so so so so SO much!!!
