Hello new and old peeps! this is my new account, my old account is Infernalbeggar. no need for a link, been thinking of deleting it some time after I make the full move to this new name and new account!
It's going to take awhile to get this account and my new blog https://infernaut.tumblr.com/ up to the glory of my old one! but, I'm 100% sure it will be even more enjoyable not having the mental weight of working on pony stuff that I have not enjoyed working on in several years, but did so out of what i felt was my obligation to my followers who are mostly pony fans. I got tired of having that mental weight that stopped me from working on things I'd enjoy far more than that, tht stopped me from taking the time to practice and hone my skills as an artist because i felt like I would be wasting time by not constantly working on a new picture for them.
Once i finish my commissions, I will be done for good and will make more effort to close out everything on the old accounts and open these new ones in full stride! In the mean time I will be posting some of the more recent sketches and images that I've done, including some older ones as well that might be on the old account. Things will be slow until i close up my commissions, they will be posted on the old tumblr blog.
With this new found freedom, i will devote myself to drawing things I'll actually enjoy and work on practicing and refining my skills as an artist so that one day i will reach the level of performance i wish to operate at. I want to be able to create drawings and sketches to a level that by them alone i will be proud to call them mine, and make them efficient and clear and not fall into constant art ruts and being forced to learn to draw again from the ground up.
I am also going to focus a lot of time and energy into practicing my anatomy and practicing practices to make them more efficient and more effective for myself and hopefully more appealing visually to you, my watchers.
The big thing I am going to devote myself to is learning to paint, and not just generic painting. Painting is the one thing artistically that I wish to excel at. I want to be on the level of painting as Darkgem, as Noah Bradley, I want to create dynamic and interesting high quality paintings. In landscapes, in rough thumbnail paintings, in the porn i wish to bring to you all. I want to be able to paint environments with clarity and bring in more traditional painting aspects as well. I want to be able to be a proficient concept artist and painter, on a level that studios will want to hire. I don't know if i want to work in that field or not, but if i get to that level, it's not out of the question.
I just want to be good, and you guys will be along for the ride, both on my tumblr, and here on FurAffinity

It'll also be interesting to see ya do furry stuff as I don't think I've seen any of your work in that.

I don't have particular bias towards bird stuff, it's just my character that I made that doesn't look terrible. Gryphs are nice, but I also have a similarly beefed up goatman OC.
In terms of the painting stuff, it's basically gone nowhere right now. I made a new journal sorta explaining that I got a new job that takes up a lot of time, and I'm just now really trying to make a comeback into art
