After 5 years I've been riding a bike again, I'm getting a round belly as I grow older its getting larger so I decided why not get in some reasonable shape.

So I hopped on down to Wal-mart and picked me up a bike I can ride from A to B. Plus it saves me some money from the bus everyday when I go to work.

My butt hurts from the seat even with a gel padding over the seat and my legs are sore as hell

Through all of it though I know one thing, I'm actually doing something to get myself in some reasonable shape instead of just getting bigger and bigger around the middle
