Need Suggestion for Artist

Yo! Need someone to recommend an artist for me. Basically I'm looking to get a commission done of my Smirnov siblings (Amel and Anastasia, a Fennec Fox and a Eurasian Wolf), though I can't really seem to find anyone I really like/want to shell out cash for. I'm looking to get them drawn as teenagers in school, 'round the 14-16 range (non sexual.) Preferably colored (flat is fine), I'd be willing to pay up to $40.

Try looking for original YCH's that look really good, but for some reason are really cheap.
