Sometimes it's better to let go than get angry about the things we can't control, we can't change and aren't important. We don't get to live very long so don't make it shorter by stressing. Trust me. You're going to be a lot happier that way. I'm avoiding things now. The things that upset me or angrier me. I don't want to live unhappy and unhealthy. Take a deep breath and ask yourself these three things before losing your lid; is it important? Can I do anything to change it? And can I control it? If all comes up 'No' exhale and move on. Our lives are short, shouldn't we enjoy them while we still have time? Stay safe and be cool my friends. Everyone have a great night! 💖
