Basically go on Pinterest, find the skeletons of the stuff you want to draw, learn the skeletons shape and how to simplify it to simple shapes in your mind, it may take studying the skeleton, but you should be able to make lines of the limbs and the shape of the skull, ribcage, etc
Afterwards you've learnt that, learn to flesh it out as necessary, THEN you distort it to the proportions you want. You've just learnt how to draw from taking from realistic anatomy,simplifying it to basic shapes then fleshing it out, then the next step is exaggeration.

My own critique: Don't copy from other artists because their own is based off their own individual experience and won't set the proper foundation for your drawing later. This is how simple it is. Let's stop fucking worshipping and this idolatry crap and just all learn to draw and worship and respect ourselves.

Use pinterest! Believe you can draw because this is how simple and necessary it is, you exaggerate the proportions of the bones and shapes you just learnt to have your own 'Style' and crap.
After that, you can build up pictures with shapes, you can learn perspective afterwards and away you go.
if you want to learn cartoons, that is the same method but really exaggerating the shapes for style and effect. Just look at the skeleton, break it down to simple shapes by studying it and then learn to look at it from perspective. THEN exaggerate it. Please don't do this the other way and use anime as a styling, DO THIS FIRST.
