Done with journals by and large

Thanks for the input on the last journal. It helped me come to the decision that I'm going to basically stop doing journals. I common response among a lot of people was they read them but don't respond because they aren't sure what to contribute due to lack of knowledge or hat have you. I greatly appreciate anybody who took the time to read them. However I think it's worth noting I said I write the journals primarily to spur discussion and the responses last time reaffirmed my suspicion that in that regard, my journals have been a monumental failure. Considering some of these journals can take up to 2 hours for me to make, I feel it would be more productive now to put my time elsewhere.
Thanks for the comments. They helped. I'd like to remind others that you don't need to be knowledgeable in a topic to contribute to the discussion about it. You just need to be inquisitive and a good listener. If you're interested and want to pitch in, ask questions. From my experience, knowledgeable people enjoy sharing their knowledge and if you're willing to listen and learn, then you're contributing to the conversation just fine.

Admittedly, when I see your journal, sometimes ...just sometimes, I see the wall of text and lose interest myself, I will not lie, I do read a few but not all unfortunately, again, because I also feel like I may not contribute.
Though, I do appreciate that you put some time into making these journals. i'll try and make s better habit of reading them from time to time. Sorry for not reading or commenting, Zero.
