Well, we've had a breakthrough with my kidney issues...and that breakthrough was that they were permafucked. My kidneys will never stop pulling calcium from my blood and will never stop producing stones, but that's not the bad part. The bad part is that there are always calcium crystals in my urine. It looks like a yellow snowglobe under a microscope. These crystals are having an effect similar to sandblasting on my urinary tract. I have degenerative scarring and degradation of all the tubing in there, and as time goes on, it and the pain will only get worse. As a result, I've been referred to pain management and will probably be on pain meds for the foreseeable future.
