Smackjeeves is really good, its actually what Teahouse uses to host and then they bought thier own url and set up elsewhere.
There is also Tapastic which has an odd formatting and expect multiple page updates at a time, an example of a comic on there is Fisheye Placebo.
Webtoon has a host of their own but I don't know the exact url and I know it has a wierd corporate side as far as it goes. Deviantart is actually an affiliate...
Right now the best place to have you comic hosted is Hiveworks. There's quality control however and they haven't had their member submissions open in a while. They are the best most well organized and hosts comics like Monsterkind, Blackgrass, Lost Nightmare and Paranormal to name a few.

Smackjeeves is really cool. I like that you can post future pages and assign dates to update them with. You can even later down the line get your own domain too if you pay a registrar.

I personally use SmackJeeves, Tapastic, and Tumblr. All for the same comic. It reaches out pretty well as far as the audience goes. You can also post comics here tho it does suck up a lot of time.

I end up getting a Smackjeeves account but as for tumblr I really struggle with that place;; No matter how much I post I cant seem to get myself out there even with all the tagged added haaha XD

Yeah Tumblr is a hard place to establish yourself especially as an artist. But Going with SJ is a good plan. It's a big community and you'll get quite a few views every time you post a page, because you're comic makes it to the front page as a recent update. my best advice is to make an interesting banner for your story and try your best to update regularly.
