Hey, guys! We just called the lady from Nabu (Nature and Biodiversity conservation union) that takes care of the bat. The bat is doing fine. She has an infection below her skin and is currently on antibiotics and a teeny, tiny drop of pain killer. She is lively again, eats and gained some weight. She might still get worse again at some point, but it looks good. Her caretaker pointed out that she`s an particularly nice and cuddly specimen.

What kind of bat is she?
She an “Kleiner Abendsegler” I think it`s “Lesser noctule “ in English. (Nycatalus leisleri ) in any case. It`s an endangered, medium siced species that hunts insects.
