For what it is worth to you, with my RL dad, I am serving as something of acaretaker to him because his health has been VERY bad for some years now.
I'm sure all the decades worth of smoking he has done must be playing a factor in it all for my dad.
Anyways... again, as for your uncle... I do hope for the best possible outcome.
