Good news and bad news

General
Well, I'm going on 3 weeks of major gastrointestinal issues with no end in sight.
The good news:
-Eating an average of 300 calories a day means I'll definitely lose weight
-Having a white blood cell count 3-7x higher than the normal maximum means I definitely don't have AIDS
The bad news:
-My birthday was ruined by this bullshit, and I likely won't be able to spend Easter with my family
-Nobody knows what the fuck is wrong with me
-The insanely high white blood cell count may be leukemia
Overall, not in a happy place right now

Oh shit, I wish for the very best to you.

Where is the pain? It could also be other various infections like ulcers, for example
Minimal blood in stool and vomit means it's definitely not an ulcer. All cultures are completely negative for any pathogens. No diverticulitis on CT scans. The only indication anything is wrong aside from the symptoms is the freakish WBC count and generalized inflammation in my entire digestive system

High WBC is also high in Chron's disease.

I was about to say that too. He needs to see about being tested for Crohn's.

You should bring up Crohn's disease to your doc. Also you should get a GI Doctor instead of a normal one for this.
I thought of that too, but the blood tests and symptoms don't match. My erythrocyte and erythrocyte sedimentation is high, while it would be expected to be low with Crohn's. Also, the main WBC's that are extremely high are eosinophils, while it's usually macrophages with Crohn's. Thanks for your input though.

Have you looked into colities or IBS? I wish I could think of of other things to help you.

I hope that the doctor's can find out what is wrong. I wish you only the best of health. *Hugs.*
