Issues with paypal...yay! Because of what my "friend" did, I am not able to send out stuff due to limitations placed. They're asking for ID and etc, and I try sending it to them....it goes through...then I get the same "please submit ID" thing as if I didn't do it.
I talked to my bank, talked to Paypal. Got no where really. Frustrated B(
