Could easily be anything I have to carry around an epi-pen with me because of me being allergic to everything -.-

What we found what I was allergic to when I started having Anaflaxis attacks was literally Laundry Detergent Tide to be exact, could be what your using/ could be something you touched, as in chemical/Cream (also allergic to all of hand lotions ontop of having Excema) My Suggestion is get to a Allergist pronto Honestly you don't want to experience Anaflaxis I am surprised everyday I am still alive! The Congestion and selling of your tongue + not being able to breath much usually passing out (almost always fatal)

Where do you work? Like with what? Could be something as Easy as dish soap too, I had to wear gloves when I worked at costco, we would take turns washing dishes.

Yeah they are going to refer me to a specialist. I used to work at petsmart is where we think the first exposure happened. It's why I able to do this doctor stuff and it not cost me anything. I almost went I to anaflaxis before but it might have been from the antibiotic they gave to help with the rash. That cleared up but now my hand is swelling again. My stupid workers comp are being jerk about paying for the meds now as well. I just want the itching to stop. It's painful and driving me crazy

The best way I find that helps is putting your hand or if you has the rash starting around your body is get a hot shower and increase the hotness until you cant handle it anymore, this of course will help open all the pours of your hand and where ever else that may be impacted with the allergy attack, Grab just some soft soap non scented or something scrubbie, rub it on your places, than this is the worst part shock the area with switching to cold waters to the point it ends up going numb! (done this every year through the spring to my whole body) now if its just your hand just do it in the sink of course =) if just your body gradually turn off the hot the quicker you do it could send your body into shock which can be dangerous (I am from the north so I am used to the cold so I do the shock to the body which really does not shock mine XD ) This should stop the body immune system over reacting over whatever it is you have touched.

Well I tried it and it helped a little Thank You. I just hope by tomorrow it gets better. I just can't think what it is I was exposed to that would have caused the reaction in the first place.

Could be anything, Mold/Skin infection (very little possibility cause usually involves sores) but could be like say a splinter that got infected, ummm Something you ate for espically lasting this long, but only being located on your hand? is kinda weird like not spreading fast etc, However keep us posted =) it maybe something just so simple that your just going to say "D'OH!" to it tomorrow lol =)

It's on my arm and chest too. The stuff on my hand is going away and my arm is getting a little better. Before this I had a break out and it was my arms, face and lips. That cleared up in a day though. I'm going to try taking out sodas and most caffeined drinks and see if that is the issue. My mom is deathly allergic to caffeine, wheat and mold. If soda/sugar isn't the issue I will try wheat. I thought it was the antibiotic but the rash came back after I had been off it almost a week. In the next few days I am going to hopefully go to an allergist per the doctor's request and hopefully confirm what it is. I thought it was one of the animals I worked with but with no exposure to them for weeks I doubt it's them and seeing as I've never heard of a goldfish (live pet lol) or chameleon allergy I think I'm safe there lol
