It's been awhile since I posted a journal. Pretty much because I haven't had really anything to say xD
But I did want to share this song I have come across in the past few days.
Some of you may know that I like, and listen to, a lot of Two Steps from Hell, and absolutely love Thomas Bergerson's work in those and in his solo album Illusions. TSFH is currently in the works of releasing a new album, Sun, and Thomas Bergerson is also working on a 2nd solo album (so excited!). Anyway, I digress...(unless this has all been interesting to you so far lol).
Here is the song I have stumbled across and wish to share:
I love the way this song builds, especially noting the area around 3:01, and the vocal around 2:00 is interesting to me.
Anyone's thoughts on this song?
I am still planing on doing drawings based on inspiration from songs. I actually have one already in the works, but it is currently stuck on my extra hard drive, which I cannot get to because it's an IDE interface and since my new motherboard doesnt support that I have to wait till I finish making

I have only heard their Invincible and Archangel albums, but this song right here, builds up rather nicely. Thanks for sharing
I recommend their other public album, Skyworld, another great one and themed more fantasy style.

But I couldn't go without mentioning Illusions, possibly my favorite album Thomas has released. I love pretty much all the beautiful songs in that one.

After you posted that song, I searched for them on Spotify. I have been listening to Skyworld, and it's incredible, specialy the track 'Icarus'. As for Illusions, the first song I heard was 'Promise' on a flight sim video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stoopwnxJkY
Another great band that is similar and that you probably already know of is "The Seccession"
