Okay, there has been a bit of clarification problems considering who Devious-Bane is.
Devious-Bane is No One.
Devious-Bane is an extended name of Devious, the dragon.
The white cat-like character who was said to be him is not Devious-Bane. He is also not Debellatio Fate. He is Devious's originating counter-part and goes by the same name.
Devious-Bane is a nonexistent being that mocks Devious and Brutus Bane, the king of Oblivion.
Also, regarding "Tio," he is a cat-like negativity of Devious. Better said, he is Devious's YinYang, bearing the same symbol on his shirt. Other than that, I won't say more besides he is more of a persona than a fursona.
Anyway, Devious has no true last name, but this: Devious I, meaning Devious One.
