Oppsie-doodles.
If so, I don't think that's true. The way the tips of her fingers are drawn indicates that her fingernails are on the other side, which would mean that the palm of the hand is facing the viewer. Which would mean that the thumb is indeed on the wrong side.
Not catching what's up in the third.
never mind... you just don't see it because you don't want to..
Oh and I have a human body. So it's easy enough for me to see how things like this work first hand, thank you.

the thumb should be in the right, not in the left side..
I tried this pose IRL :P
Have, tried it myself multiple times. Each time I come to the same conclusion. The artist looked back at their own hand while drawing it and got the perspective wrong pointing the hand and elbow up instead of down. I wouldn't have even bothered arguing it if I couldn't sit here and easily do it and observe it.
It's hard to stay interested though, the only other people still on the subject have degenerated to baseless name calling.
in the image.. the fingers are UPWARDS with the thumb in the same position as yourpic (in short.. impossible )
thats why you think its "OK" when its not.
seriously, put your photo next to the image in question, and you will see.
I never said it was okay. In fact the message you just responded to I said they made a mistake. That's the main thing I don't get about the way people are acting. One of the first things I said was that there was a perspective problem and they're acting like I'm saying there's absolutely nothing wrong with it.
To reiterate: "The artist looked back at their own hand while drawing it and got the perspective wrong pointing the hand and elbow up instead of down."
I just gave you proof about it.
but let's be honest thorn. as much I like your stuff you sure are obstinated in push yourpoint.
at least you were slowly accepting that your first statement was wrong.
but seriously, after reading your replies to cheska, I was wondering if you were just being blind by ego or something -_-
My first statement was that I didn't see what was wrong, then I corrected that three minutes later by saying I saw a perspective error. I haven't changed in that this whole time. So I have no idea what you're talking about.
Sorry for standing up for my perspective. I've got three people breathing down my neck about me being wrong and they don't even understand what I'm saying, how should I react? I'm being pretty amiable considering the circumstances. I never even said anyone else was wrong in their perspective of how they view it, but that doesn't automagically make my perception incorrect either.
I see more than one possible problem, which implies more than one possible solution. I chose the one that seems more likely to me and am sticking with it. It is my failing if I can't properly put it into words, but other people's for being nasty about it.
It really has nothing to do with ego and everything to do with standing up for myself, whether other people are even vaguely aware of what I'm talking about or not.
Regardless I thank you for trying to be amiable yourself, but I don't see how this is going anywhere without me drawing it and I can't say I feel inclined to at this point. You've come the closest to understanding what I'm saying at least.
but then, its suggestive anime, thus asses only count :P
as for errors of fingers, I've had these happen a LOT on my pictures, and once I finished inking had to fix them digitally..
so we can agree on "shit happens"
chezz x_X
this cold killing my reading and writing skills
My typing absolutely dies if my hands are cold... and lately when I type at night, because my usual keyboard wakes people up, so I have to use one that's unfamiliar to me.
Haha, agreed.
Yeah. I fix proportions a lot digitally as well as foreshortening errors. Those are the big killers for me right now,

I know I can't.. and I can scratch that spot right between my shoulders... hurts to do it some days.. but I can do it.
I really don't get the point of purposely ignoring key points of what someone said just so you can give them a hard time.
btw that Valve poster mistake is a lame ass mistake.
I kinda suck at perspective, but that's clearly Buttercup's right hand to me.
