..Please give me a nudge!

I'm trying very hard to get myself back into the swing of things as I am getting back online here. I've been very out of sorts for the past two weeks and spent a lot of quiet time with my family. It's been a very hard couple of weeks for me.

If you are waiting to hear from me on something and haven't by the end of the night tonight please give me a nudge. Despite my notes/record keeping telling me exactly what I need to be doing right now I am feeling overwhelmed at the moment and I know there are things that have slipped my mind. If I have missed sending a file or an update. Seriously just nudge me! I'm always happy to give updates on things.

The other thing I really want to say is thank you guys so much for your kind words and condolences. It really meant a lot to me.
