If he keeps doing it and you know its him, then you can report them to FA mods.

They'll IP ban him and he cant access FA at all.

To block: go to My FA>account management>profile -- then find Block list textarea, and write his nickname there;
To report him: http://www.furaffinity.net/controls.....roubletickets/ --> select "harassment" and fill in the details;

Go into your account settings, and profile info. Scroll down to your block list, and add the user(s) names there as the page instructs, one per line. Save, and rejoice. :) Then you can also remove shouts from the page management section, hide comments in your journals and submissions, delete notes, etc. Plus there's always contacting an admin or sending a trouble ticket to report any abuse. :D

What I've gathered this guy has actual mental issues and you can't put those kind of people through a logic filter.
My best explanation would be that his other personality's soulmate is guilmon, and I guess he feels he needs to protect him if he gets hurt.. like looking like he's about to pop. XD

You can access the Block List by going to My FA > Account Management > Profile Info and put in his name manually.

If he makes an alt account report it to the admins to have him IP banned.

If he uses a proxy or something to bypass that get the police involved.

Heh, yeah had a guy harassing a friend once. Making death threats and very abusive stuff. Luckily he was so ridiculously tryhard we were laughing at him. He even threatened to attack friends. Which is when I stepped in and started talking to a guy. We spent an afternoon messing with this guy, listening to his threats like smearing blood on our windows and such. I was just being passive and somewhat friendly, but this guy was going nuts. Eventually when he realized we were just enjoying ourselves with him he gave up and shut up.

That's my advice. Make this into a game for you. Humiliate him publicly if you'd like. People like that are a joke of life. Just make the joke on them. They'll slink away with their tail between their legs eventually.
