Random/Odd Habits While Drawing

I have a habit of sucking or biting my bottom lip when I draw or focus for long periods of time. :I it's very annoying and i dont realize im doing it until my lip hurts and feels bruised. XD I also wiggle my foot, but that's not so remarkable... lol.
Anyone else have a tic or habit when you draw? XD If it's creepy though, i dont really want to know. haha.
