Anybody low on money but high on time wanna make some $?

I need help with algebra...major help. I'm barely passing...might even be failing at this point. I'm willing to pay someone who's good at math for tutoring sessions. The amount is negotiable.
I want to pay a tutor. I do NOT want free help from friends.
1) If I'm paying you, it's a job, not a favor. We will arrange set times for tutoring to be given. If you are late or absent, minus certain special circumstances, you will be fired.
2) The amount I will pay is based on what you bring to the table. The more expertise you have, the more I'll be willing to pay.
3) Again, I stress that this is a JOB. It will not be first come first serve and no preferential treatment will be given. I will hire the person who I feel is most likely to get me through this semester. I don't want to hear any whining from those who didn't get picked.
4) Finally, if I am pleased with your tutoring abilitoes, I may use your services for Calculus and Physics further down the line.

I'm free most nights, usually after 4 or so.
You claim you were blown off, but if you send me a note(s) with the original problem and how you tried to solve it, I will happily write out the solution and figure out what went wrong.
