Marvel's Top Villains?

I was talking to a buddy about this and we had some very different opinions, perhaps because I come from the comic side of Marvel and he comes more from the movies and games, but nonetheless it got me wondering. This is a general question. Who would you guys say are the top 5 villains in the Marvel roster? It's up to you whether you elaborate on the rationale behind your picks but at the very least please say where your familiarity with Marvel comes from. Anyway, here are my top 5 in no particular order. If anyone wants me to explain feel free to ask.

The Lizard
Heavily biased on account of being most familiar with Spiderman Villains.
Movies and 1994 TV Series are where main familiarity comes from. With some from comics.

Norman Osborn (not as green goblin)
Magneto.
Familiarity being games and cartoons for the 90s, and comics for the past few years +movies.
I like "im just trying to make the world a better place, you moron" characters, and tragic arcs tug at my heart strings. Then there are those that are just ridiculously evil to the point of crazy, like Norman.
Honorable mention, mysterio. That dedication to showmanship , I adore.
