And so it begins....
well here i am, an artist without any motivation and im still working on crap. that makes no sense to me at all... *sighs* i wish that i knew where i was going in life so that i could just get there and be happy with myself. cause this depression really does suck... and i constantly lie to people about being fine when im really not. i'll say things like "im ok" or "yea im fine" but half the time i dont mean it... *sighs again*
fuck you god!
well thats enough pain and anger for now... peace...
ps. i am taking requests if any one wants any...

Seriously. Ya know the old saying "laughter is the best medicine"? Well, it's not the best medicine, but it is a damn good one, especially for psychological stuff like depression.
Go watch a funny movie. Got to FunnyJunk.com and look around (if you can find the "insanity test", you should be set). Just laugh. Even if it's forced laughter, it will still trigger the release of endorphins in your brain, and endorphins make you feel goooood.
Pay only enough heed to her criticim to discount it. There's not a damn thing wrong with your art that a little more experience won't solve.
As for having web sites blocked...that's low. I can see blocking mature sites--maybe--but stuff that's just meant to be funny? That's overkill.
Sounds like you're just picking up "bad vibes" or whatever from your mom. Try going for a walk, or a bike ride or something. Go over to a friend's house for a while. Anything to get out of the house and away from the source of your frustrations for at least an hour or two.
"When all you got to keep is strong, move along, move along, like I know you do...
And even when your hope is gone, move along, move along, just to make it through,
Move along...
From "Move Along" by the All-American Rejects. See if you can find it. If you can, listen to it--not just play it, but really *listen* to it, let it speak to you. It may help. Music can be a GREAT pick-me-up, especially if it's the right *kind* of music. What kind is the "right" kind varies from person to person, so look around and see if you can find some music that makes you feel really good.
Just keep in mind, it doesn't have to be that song. Any song that you like, any song that makes you feel good, and especially any song that gives you the warm-fuzzies can help get you though.
And remember, your friends are here for ya.
