You just contradicted yourself. :P It is easy to get a gun in the U.S. And it always will be. Especially black markets. Gun control may prevent a few from getting guns, or at least slow them down. But with enough knowledge, it can easily be done.

And Senator Dianne Feinstein's bill aims towards what are considered Assault Rifles. Statistically, all the guns on her ban list are not even top killers in shootings. :P It's usually hand guns that do that. But regardless, this is only the first step to disarming the nation. And Obama is using executive powers to over ride the Second Amendment. Everyone knows that banning Assault Rifles, Hunting Rifles, Shotguns, or hand guns will not solve anything.

Another thing to think about. The crime rates in states with these gun bans are higher than they are in places like Montana, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Nevada, which allow concealed carry and the bans on weapons are minimal. Just thought I'd put in my two sense.

thats what i said above... "when someone wants to harm, they will get a gun anyways."
