ive noticed that everytime i try to check my fa messages,ican view my notes,subbmisions,journal comments,favirotes and watchers,but i cant view my comments. can someone explain this to me please? and can i fix it?

You should be able to see them when you go to the page. If the link to it is broken then you may need to ask the staff.
