I found out last night that FCN no longer accepts registrations from minors...
Seeing as I don't turn 18 until July of next year, I'm kind of screwed until 2014.
Thanks a lot, FCN staff! Apparently registering TWENTY minors was a "serious burden...placed on our registration department."
I dunno, maybe I can shoot for AC 2013 or something.

Condition on the other hand, that's almost a definite no. Just not feasible for me.
