it's strange that they call this the first sequel when gold/silver was also (in a way) a sequel since it had a world that followed directly after the events of the red/blue/green games. yet, how is that not seen as a sequel (by either nintendo or some fans).

Basic concept is to catch a magnemite in the Complex and put it up on the GTS for another magnemite of any level. Keep the trades going to get people into your Join Avenue.
