For price you can still expect to pay around 30 USD (or the close equivalent) for a drawing with one character, drawn with background, shading, fancy colors and all that jazz.
15 or 20 for a flat color drawing, and I tend to add on an extra 5 bucks for additional characters.
I will go through what I think you should pay me in private over notes when it's concerning a comic strip or sequence. ^^
