I've been missing most the nintendo coverage, all I've heard is how when it releases they will be able to play games thats been out for up to two years already. Did we get any solid hits for console specific entrys or is it still just people saying "yeah we can port it"

They're coming out with 23 new games for the Wii U when it's released.

To be honest, I was really only interested in Assassin's Creed Liberation since the images leaked. I'm a huge fan of AC and when I knew about the new lead being a female that has nothing to do with desmond, I flipped! It's exactly what I wanted. :3
AC3's naval combat deal also got me excited. They should make a whole game using that kind of gameplay.
Other than that. Sony's conference was ok. I learned what I wanted, but no surprises. Was nice to see the new Quantic Dream's game & Last of Us looks great, I really was wondering about how the gameplay would be.
I never have big expectations about these sort of stuff. I just take what I get.

Lawl i really think nintendo made the wii u as in sayin "f U" because of how easily it was to hack the wii an get every single wii game on a hard drive, now nintendos like "Ha! you so funny but we laugh to the bank when you buy our products again! haha we put extra security in this console so no hacky free games!

finding the hack for the wii was by chance. no one thought about someone naming their horse some ridiculously long name would crash the game and expose the wii to piracy. though, they still made good sales anyway.
