A lot of artists will take younger characters, and "age them up" drawing them with curvier figures and bigger boobies and the like, precisely to avoid accusations of making cub porn (or 'cos they themselves find cub/loli/shota to be squicky).

Of course, then you get other rules like on dA, where they won't allow adult-themed images of characters that are underage IN THE ORIGINAL WORK. Here, hentai of adult Babs Bunny is fine. I've seen people get kicked off dA for posting hentai of adult Lisa Simpson, because canonically she's a child (doesn't matter on the age in the art, just the official age).

Yes, PAL should make their own art gallery site (Coppermine gallery software is free I think, yes?), and make it need a login but free membership (and pay membership for extra premium material), I'm sure people would flock there to see Bbmbbf&co's new arts. :D

While it's not explicitly in the rules, it was mentioned in the first thread about the new TOS back when the Alert Pay thing happened that anything that looks underage will be considered as such. This includes characters who look young but aren't (Like Shippo from Inuyasha) or who are stated to be underage despite having a grown body (like a 15 year old girl who hit puberty early and has natural big boobs). Another artist (who's been banned and the art taken down) had his art of Chip & Dale deleted by the admins because the two look underage.

This also goes with characters who aren't 'aged up' or given full mature bodies when drawn compared to their canonical look. Shippo as he looks normally would be banned, but if you make him 6 feet tall with a weightlifter build then he'd be okay. Same for, say, Babs Bunny or Princess Sally. For them to be acceptable they'd have to be taller and have obviously adult features including large breasts and wider hips. (then again, Babs would be in question anyway due to the confusion of her age. Despite being in college the creator of the show mentioned once in an interview that everyone is about the same age with their friends, and Hampton Pig had a 13th birthday party in one episode).
