After crawling out of my month long hibernation, I looked over my submission's page to find that Ch1 of AW seems to be stuck in some kind of side-scroll mess. I've tried to save the document into a different file type it doesn't seem to be working, an ideas?

Have you tried giving it a shorter name that ends in ".txt"? If the name is so long that FA cuts off the end, it won't have any clue about the file type.
