Known issue since October, 2010. Yes it can be fixed in 10 minutes, no noone has tried. Yes I volunteered to help fix stuff, no Yak hasnt gotten back to me about it.

not really a security, password stealing. Just a spoofing of a code that makes you create spam journals. Lulzsec was giving suggestion to do this both to DA/FA via a user reccomendation via twitter :3;
