how can I build an... arm?

you know I´m not THAT big cosplayer but from time to time I feel like doing something... and this feeling is back right now >:3
do you know that MMO game "Elsword"???
I´m playing it and I think it´s great but... that´s not what I wanted to say ya :3
there is a character called Raven... and after a 2nd jobchange you can turn with him into THIS

and you know what I like the most on him??? his bad ass arm >3
I want to try to build that arm so that I can waer it... totaly cosplay like XD
I´ve thought about some ways to build that arm but maybe someone of you might know a good way to build that so that I can waer it ;3

I mean... what´s that called in german? *w*;
I used wonderflex to make my Dark magician girl helmet. It is easy to form and very durable. Msg me on Skype and we can talk more. :3
