Work-out Tips?

I've been plateauing on the jump-rope at a solid 30 minutes daily, along with a 2 mile run every other day. I can't seem to drop the last 10 lbs off my body to bring me to 165 no matter what I do, are there any tips out there that anybody might have that could help me out?

Go with this guy, do many push-ups.
Ingest chromium and green tea.
Or a problem could be the former- you may have too much muscle.
I'd have to see you if this is true, for muscle is twice as dense as fat.
You could be making yourself heavier through workouts. XD
