Go to YouTube and search for "relaxation audio." Some of the clips should help disconnect your brain from the rest of the world. I know it helps me go to sleep at night.
it used to be the case that when we had the terrible show called "big brother" in the UK, anyone who watched that had their brain disconnected...so that it didnt register anything along the lines of common decency, morals or common sense.
