Gotta love the people who write the headlines, don't ya? It's actually an article about a publicity stunt where someone hooked up a donkey to a parasail and flew him to promote more tourism. Now they're being investigated for animal cruelty and face up to two years if convicted. They probably deserve it.....poor donkey! But a great headline nonetheless!
