Someone asked to hear more description on a character, so here it is

She has an appeal, a safety net, if you will. When she smiles, the world glows with her. Intense in her feelings, a terrible enemy, a compassionate heart. But, just pretty, just normal.

Acne, stretch marks, and cellulose are the testaments of her beauty. Head a little too large, a little too headstrong, overconfident to make up for her inner insecurities; imperfect teeth. All part of the appeal.

She is real, attainable, or so you think. She connects with you, digs into your mind, and you trust her. You don't' know her, not really, but it doesn't matter. You tell her things, share with her, in ways you've never shared with anyone, and so quickly.

Her total self-expression calls to yours. Her acceptance beckons you to seek your own. She is comfortable in her skin. How can you not be?

Just pretty, not perfect, not beautiful, but more beautiful than any celebrity, more beautiful than bottle blondes and boob jobs. Beautiful because she IS. Beautiful because she's NOT. Perfect because she strives for it. Perfect because she accepts that she isn't. Just pretty, not beautiful
