So...
I want to share this news, however unpleasant it may be (sorry for my broken English with the help of a translator).
I recently held a YCH auctions for a couple of portraits.

One of these auctions ended at the starting bid ($50). After that, I contacted the winner to discuss the details of the order. Five days have passed since the auction ended, and no one has responded to me. I found this very strange, so I thought that the person did not want to buy the artwork from me. I recently found her contact information and wrote to her on Telegram. It turned out that someone else had written to my customer on Discord, pretending to be me.
The customer apparently discussed the order with them and paid. As a result, she was deceived and her money was stolen.
I think that if I hadn't looked for a new way to communicate with the customer, I would have remained guilty in her opinion (or maybe not).
In any case, we noticed it, hopefully in time.

I don't know the FA link to the scammer, he's probably hiding, but I just want to warn all FA users about this, to remind them to be vigilant and careful.
I also want to remind you that I do not look for customers through Discord servers or in PM. I only use Discord servers to promote my arts. I can only write to a customer if they have won an auction or want to buy a slot/adopt (this is done through FA notes).
From now on, I will not contact anyone via social networks or chats, except for FA notes.
I will leave links to my messengers and social networks so that you can check and verify that it is me.
