Policy on uploading content/commissions made for me?

This may be a silly question, but I must make sure. I have had several commissions made for me of my character. Many of these artists don't have an account here, and I've gotten permission to post the comms on my X, e621, and now here as well. I just wanted to confirm I can actually post content made by someone else, for me. Can I?
