I’ve been struggling with this issue for quite some time. The previously recommended platforms all have their own problems, and I dislike the feeling of waiting endlessly without progress. So, I’ve decided to go with a Japanese sales platform that offers similar freedom but has stricter mosaic censorship requirements—such as Fanbox, Booth, or even DLsite.
If heavy mosaic censorship is a major concern for you, the only compromise I can offer is handling orders manually myself.
Though it’s the most tedious and time-consuming option, it’s also the only way to fully satisfy readers’ desires.
I’d love to hear your thoughts.

若各位對大量的馬賽克有意見，我只能選擇最折衷的方式——親自手動處理買家的訂單。

The other alternative would be the time-consuming process of collecting orders manually and fulfilling orders by batches so you can dedicate just 1 day a week or 1 day every other week to send invoices, collect money, and send orders. You can also use this method to collect extra money by making the uncensored version a premium product while the censored version is available online for purchase and download. This way, those who really want the uncensored version will be paying you extra and thus incentive to take the extra time and steps to fulfill those orders.
In the end, it is really only the most laborious, but it can almost ensure that the whole process is mastered.

I wish I could still buy "My Foster Brother" and "My Adopted Children" in digital since I loved "My Sugar Daddy" so much.
