The voting has concluded!~ With a staggering 17 votes, five ahead of second place, the public has decided~ Popufestiva's going to turn into a lucario with multiple heads~ I'm also going to be including the long neck addition they wanted since they noticed that some of the first things Popufestiva got before I even started this accidentally had what I call add-on ideas~ Since they pointed it out, I'm letting them have this, but from now on no add-on ideas will be allowed~ I will admit, I was hoping Lucario with Multiple Heads would win as well~
