Fuck the past week! - Disappointing world events, loud construction noise literally right outside my windows from Monday to Friday. The worst of it was on Monday and Tuesday when they had this loud vacuum truck 50 feet from my windows and it sounded like a jet engine. The noise from this thing was so bad I couldn't stay at home during the daytime so I lost a week's productive time. To top off this shite week a friend that was supposedly coming to see me cancelled at the last hour as the plan fell through. This weekend the drains in the building plugged and flooded much of the lower floor and we have a restoration crew in and out of the the building, so much for a quiet weekend.

Commission status - Almost all artwork is on hold until further notice because of the excessive construction noise on weekdays and the flood responders now working in the building. Since I work in complex I'm frequently checking on what's happening so not much of a break for me this week. The construction noise will return tomorrow, don't know how bad its going to get because they're not finished with the stuff they were doing right outside my windows during last week.

To those of you who sent private messages thanks, keep your projects on hold for now and when things quiet down again I'll get back to you and figure out who goes first. I can't do art or any concentration based work while there's so much noise and chaos going on so close to my work space.
