Alright so here's as good a place to say this as any.

I've been having trouble with my mental health, a lot of trouble. I have trouble knowing when to know when it's time to be worried, but all of the folk around me were worried so that meant it was time to try and find a way forward.

So Doc is taking me off of a rather large dosage of lexapro. I've had some issues with that, which meant the doc's put me on the Jenny's sedation sleepy time meds. Yesterday I was awake for a total of four hours. I'm expecting this number to increase.

Fringles are crossed that things will return to business as usual in a few weeks, but with a happier, healthier Jenny.
