Life Update: We're moving again [little help needed]

What happend?
I live with my girlfriend and our dog and we're currently rent a flat. A neighbor next to our flat is a man who is potentially dangerous (he's probably mentaly ill, he has a hoarding disorder and is an alcoholic).
There is an unimaginable stench coming from his flat (mainly the smell of rot, feces and garbage). This smell penetrates into our apartment, which is unbearable.
Sometimes we just can't breathe without a gag reflex. The next neighbor next door is also a mentally ill elderly man who is very noisy (he screams all the time, especially at night).
We need a quiet and peaceful place to work. We both work from home, that's why it is so important to us. We want to move before Christmas.
We've already found a new flat, it's great and I can't wait to move. I would be very grateful for donations to help me move smoothly. Mainly I would need money for all fees related to renting a new apartment, such as: deposit for the flat, notary and a rest of bills related to the apartment.
