If you eat bad like i did, you can get clogged arteries called Angina. It causes pain, dizziness, and can cause your left hand or arm to cramp which is super
bad. If you ever get problems on your left side, go to ER asap.
For now, look for natural remedies like Garlic, Chili flakes, Chili Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar, and other things too that help the blood flow.
I pray you get healed and that its something thats not serious, and something thats easy to remedy.

When you go to blood, bring Orange Juice so you can drink after so you wont feel dizzy. They might have you fast (not eat) for 12 hours.
Also be sure you are breathing properly, unlike myself, i have mild COPD and my oxygen tends to drop down to 90 when its suppose
to be 95+.
Also, dont worry or freak. Worrying will raise the bp so its always good to just calm down, lay down, and if needed, yeah go to ER if your BP is high.
Never freak out or get scared, just be calm. What can happen too is that when a person who never exercises and is always at their desk will start
to get BP issues because the blood pumping stays low and slow, and you will get symptoms. Office workers goes to the gym or has to treadmill to keep the
blood flowing.
For the best results, lose weight if you over 200, im 205, i walk on the treadmill every day for 30mins. I now feel better with 99% of the pain gone but when i stopped
doing it for 3 months, it all hit me at once and i thought i was gonna end up in the ER. So exercise daily is important so invest in a treadmill, there are cheap ones or
even used ones that are half of what its worth, the price of a video game console or less.

Pomegranate juice is good for the heart, wheat cereals like cheerios, fiber foods (but dont eat a ton, you can get constipated if you eat too much),
vegetables, fat free low fat, eggs, nuts. Research and do your studying on it.
