Amouge is a hedgehog/bat hybrid of Amy Rose and Rouge the Bat, who is Dr. Systolic's second creation (much to Sonic and Shadow's chagrin), using the Systo-Splicing machine. This occurred at a hospital. When Dr. Systolic came in, he heard that the pink hedgehog was suffering from a heart failure. So in order to save her, he had to borrow some of her DNA by using the Systo-Splicing machine. He then went over to Rouge the Bat, who was next to her, as she was suffering from breast pains. In order to make them feel better, he had to give her a breast therapy. However, by borrowing some of her DNA thanks to the Systo-Splicing machine, at his lab, he began to create his second hybrid lifeform. Amy and Rouge's genetic codes were fused together permanently. Though he managed to create her without any problems, there were some flaws that had to be dealt with. Now, being fully made, Amouge has been given life, thanks to her creator.

Knowing that there is another woman who was the first to be created, Amouge became jealous of Krystelita's beauty. She wanted to prove that her heart is more powerful than Dr. Systolic's first creation's. Only time will tell who will become the superior creation of Dr. Systolic's.
