• I will send you a sketch. You can ask for changes at this stage 3 times. At the lineart stage, you can ask for changes 2 times. I don’t change anything after line approval (if you want something specific, please have references! if they are not there, I reserve the right not to fix something)
• If your wishes were initially not specific and in the process of work you change/complicate them, I reserve the right not to correct the work. As a last resort, I can refuse to work without a refund.
• Refunds are available if work not started yet, or for some reason I can't finish the work
