🗒️Commissioning Terms of Service🗒️
By agreeing to the terms of service, you, the commissioner, indicate that you are of 18 years of age or older. By filling out the form the commissioner agrees that they own all characters and work provided, that it is not stolen work and belongs to them. When ordering a NSFW commission the commissioner must confirm their character’s ages are also over 18. Commissioners are asked to pay for their artwork through paypal. Commissions can take anytime from a week to 4 or 5 months, depending on the current queue list and the complexity of each commissioners' ordered commission. Commissions are first come, first serve, and I follow the queue list. Visual references are required, unless stated beforehand that you do not have one and will be using a text description (costs extra depending on commission type) or are commissioning a new original character design (also costs extra depending on commission type). Commission progress is shown here on my trello (trello under reconstruction, current queue list currently listed in my bio). The commissioner will receive WIPs (work in progress) of their drawing when their commission is started. Payment plans can be negotiated as long as the total charge is over $290.
The artist also has the right to decline or terminate commissions. Commissions that are terminated by me are subject to refunds equal to the amount of work already finished on the commission. Fully finished commission pieces will not be refunded!

I, the artist that goes by the alias of Wriithe, will be specifying content that I will not draw and will not be asked to draw, as well as content that I am comfortable with drawing. I ask that you respect my will and do not ask me to draw any content I have listed under the "Won't draw" section. Please read over the content I specify in said sections before commissioning me. If your submitted commission goes unread, or otherwise is not followed up on, it may have: fell in line with content I personally dislike drawing, felt repetitive or something I have already previously drawn and did not want to draw again, or that I did not have the time to accept submitted commission. If you have any questions about my Won't Draw list, you may contact me and I will be happy to clarify anything needing clarification!

Any artwork created is copyright to the artist, Wriithe. Commissioner(s) and recipient(s) characters retain their rights and belong to them. Artwork created for commissioners or recipients may post, edit, and re-upload said artwork for NON PROFIT use as long as the artist watermark is not removed if included, and proper credit is given to the artist.

I'll gladly revise and edit your commission in the sketch phase if you request any changes, and I'll revise your sketch as many times as needed (within reason). When I send a sketch WIP and you'd like a change, just ask and I'll incorporate your change and send the changed WIP to you as soon as possible. As soon your sketch is finalized and you give the go-ahead, I'll complete your commission and send you the result! Any post-result changes are absolutely fine within reason (If I make a mistake, miss a detail, you prefer a different color of something, etc.)
However, if you'd like any changes that would require much more detail/work (such as animating or drawing another limb/accessory) I may request an extra payment for the specific change.
The artist (me!) Wriithe, may use commissioned artwork in art galleries and social media sites, however, if the commissioner/recipient of the artwork would rather their art not to be posted online, they must discuss/specify with the artist beforehand.

Feel free to reach out to me via my inbox here on FurAffinity about any questions you may have regarding commissions, my Will's and Won't list and any other questions you may have about my ToS. I may not respond right away as I do commissions in my spare-time and I am currently employed with a rather spontaneous work schedule. I can't guarantee any availability hours because of this, but more often than not I mostly work on commissioned artworks anywhere from 5pm-11pm PST depending on the day.
Despite me having my discord and other socials public, I kindly ask that you please refrain from messages that don't concern commissions or my artwork. I'm not very comfortable with being approached from folks who only want to befriend/chat with me. This isn't because I dislike anyone at all, I just prefer to keep to myself. -Four flat-color oral vore drawings in a sequence/scenario
-"Transitional" drawings where one panel is very similar to the last, e.g. the second panel being TWO drawings of a pred's neck bulge traveling downwards doesn't add additional cost. As long as they are similar shots and (for the most part) aren't fullbody poses, then then multiple of these multi-panels can be included.
-Additional panels (full drawings that are their own poses/distinct parts of the sequence) add $40 per each panel.

Custom animation - $250-$450Price depends on the quality (sketch, lines, flat color, full shade) of the animation and also on the length and or amount of frames in the animation.
Generally, a short looping sketch animation will be around $250, and an elaborate, longer shaded animation may be around $300-$450, depending on the complexity and detail. |
