$30 for a shaded sketch, $5 for each extra panel
$50 for an inked, colored, and shaded, $10 for each extra panel

Only possible as inked, colored, and shaded
$55 for the first 3 pages, $45 for the pages after that
to illustrate, 3 page comic is 55x3 so $165. 5 pages will be (55x3)+(45x2) so 255

Additions:
complex character - 2+ for each page (depends on how often they appear)
multiple characters - 4+ (also depends on how often they appear)
latex/rubber/goo - 4-5 (depending on pages)
